Our History
Zhejiang Rongke Xiangyuan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019. After more than one-year R&D, our first U-drill passed customer trial tests and was officially launched to the market, positioning our enterprise in the R&D and manufacturing of hole-processing cutting tools. Since the launch of our first U-drill series in 2010, we have been adhering to our core values: Continuous Innovation, Pursuit of Excellence, Perseverance and Courage to Take Responsibility.
Our main product portfolio covers Phoenix Drills, Saber-Tooth Drills, Self-locking Crown Drills, Phoenix Combination Drills, Welded Gun Drills, Quick Drills, MDD Modular Deep Hole Drills, Spade Drills, together with a full range of other hole-processing cutting tools.

Our Factory
Located in Binhai New Area, Fenghua, Ningbo, Zhejiang Rongke Xiangyuan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in various CNC hole-processing cutting tools and customized non-standard cutting tools. We have over ten-year experience in manufacturing precision hole-processing cutting tools. The company operates an independent laboratory and invests substantial funds in R&D every year to improve product performance.
We possess complete in-house capabilities for independent R&D, production and inspection of cutting tools. Guided by the philosophy of “Prosper the Enterprise with Science and Technology”, we keep optimizing production and working-living conditions. Based on human-oriented development, we have built a garden-style factory and apartment-style staff dormitories to enhance employee well-being.
Digital data acquisition equipment and the MES system are deployed for on-site production management, easing management workload and maximizing equipment efficiency. Our 5-axis CNC workshop adopts the MES system together with intelligent robotic arms to realize lights-out manufacturing. In response to national strategies for energy security and green enterprise initiatives, we have installed photovoltaic power generation systems across our industrial park, integrating energy conservation and emission reduction into every link of our business.
Product Application
Our products are compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, superalloy, cast iron and other metal materials. They are widely used in high-end manufacturing industries including new-energy vehicles, aerospace, wind power, engineering machinery and mould & machine-tool sectors.
Our cutting tools meet drilling requirements for shallow holes, stepped compound holes and ultra-long high-pressure deep holes. We supply off-the-shelf standard products as well as non-standard customized solutions.
Production Market
Focusing on high-performance CNC drilling cutting tools, Rongke Xiangyuan has built an extensive domestic customer base with reliable quality and stable performance. Our products are widely adopted in mould processing, precision machinery manufacturing, aerospace, wind-energy and other high-end manufacturing sectors.
We maintain long-term partnerships with many well-known domestic enterprises. Our key customers are concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Southwest China and other manufacturing hubs, covering precision machinery manufacturers and cutting-tool traders. Core products such as Saber-Tooth Drills and MDD Modular Deep Hole Drills have won high customer recognition for excellent chip-breaking performance, high processing efficiency and extended service life.
We are actively expanding overseas markets. Thanks to outstanding performance and high cost-efficiency, our MDD Modular Deep Hole Drills have achieved mass export with continuously growing international sales. Our products are exported to Russia and other overseas regions, with stable trade cooperation with international clients such as CNCM GROUP LTD RUSSIA. Our products have also gained recognition from world-famous cutting-tool enterprises including OSG Japan, proving that our manufacturing and quality standards are at the leading industry level.
Driven by continuous technological innovation and strict quality control, our sales revenue maintains rapid growth: 15.6 % growth in 2024 and 39.6 % growth in 2025.
Our Exhibition
Zhejiang Rongke Xiangyuan actively participates in top-tier domestic and international industrial exhibitions. We have taken part in major events including CIMT China International Machine Tool Show, CCMT China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition, Hannover Messe in Germany and DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo. All previous exhibition participations achieved great success.
Via high-end exhibition platforms at home and abroad, Rongke Xiangyuan showcases the manufacturing strength of domestic precision cutting tools, expands domestic and overseas sales channels, collects real-world machining feedback and iterates tool structures and coating formulas. We will keep participating in key industry exhibitions in the future.
